When choosing our wedding photographer, I did not have to think twice before asking Erika if she was available to shoot our New Orleans wedding.

She had already made such a lasting impression on my husband and I from our engagement shoot at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in 2014. My husband surprised me at Jazz Fest, not only by proposing, but also to reveal that Erika had been following us around shooting from a distance the entire day! After seeing her talent, I could not wait for her to capture memories of our wedding day.

Looking back on our wedding photos, I am reminded of the positive demeanor Erika upheld during a day full of rainstorms. She made the best scenario for every outdoor shot I wanted, despite the weather. She made my water-logged venue appear as if the puddles were a part of its charm. She was extremely flexible, a joy to work with, and kept me quite calm and collected during every shot. I cannot thank her enough for my wedding photos-- a tangible reminder of the happiest day of our lives. -Mary Rose
