PS: I’m An Ass

To the lady at the McDonald’s on the corner of George O’neal and Jones Creek Road who cut in front of me and I honked and yelled “CUT IN WHERE EVER YOU’D LIKE!”: Thank you. Thank you for paying for my cherub’s Mighty Kid’s meal and thank you for teaching me that we are all...

So, um, don’t hate me, but I *may* have laughed a tiny bit at the whole post. I insert my foot in my mouth quite often 🙂 At least you apologized (and got some free food!), even if not directly to her. Most people totally deserve to have you honk and yell at them, though. Seriously.

So, I probably never told you about the time that I was on my way to the BR temple dedication and was running late. This little old man cut in front of me on Bluebonnet and was going really slow. I honked and road his butt. When we got out of our cars (both at the TEMPLE dedication), I felt like an ass too. We all have our moments. It was nice of the lady to pay for the meal, though.

I think she just paid for your food so you’d feel bad. Don’t give in. She should not buy her justification for rude behavior.

Old Mastheads

Someone, (I’m looking at YOU Lexi), asked about my mastheads and if I would post the old ones. These are all that I’ve done since May of 2007 (I think), when I moved here from Blogger. Yeah. I’ve come a long way baby. Enjoy. Or roll your eyes. Which ever. After that last one, I...

I LOVE them all. You should print them and do a collage thingy. Just keep adding them as you make ’em. The mind-numbing madness is perfect!

    Thanks! 🙂

Your headers are always so colorful, fun AND amusing. Love the Geisha girls and Indians hopped up on candy all month long. Classic.

Oh, and you’ve come a long way since that first header! (Not that that one was bad either).

P.S. Have fun with your photography class! I know you’ll do great.

Goody, Goody Gum Drops

Okay, so Saturday was totally like Christmas for me. I had a church thing and I survived. Then I got to play with TWO, count ’em TWO photo shoots and go to the movies with the greatest husband on the planet. Don’t hate me because I’m fabulous. Hold on a minute. Okay I’m done fanning...

It wasn’t bad at all, esp. when I think about all the possible ways it could have went wrong. With only Ethan being a pill it made life a bit easier.
If only there was a secret pill we could slip them to make them all look at the same time, every time, and behave like fashion models at a photo shoot.
    Thanks E…we love them.

Who Dat
