Passing by Jack’s room, extending the thumbs up: “Hey buddy, good job on your room. It looks amazing.” Extending the thumbs up back to me: “Thanks mom, right back at you, good job on the parenting.”

I cut the grass today. Mostly just to get the hell away from the cherubs. <sarcasm>I heart summer.</sarcasm> Vacation bible school is looking better and better. (Pssst send diet Dr. Pepper ASAP.)
